1. RPO grants you (the user) a limited license to access and make personal use of this site on the following terms & conditions:
1.1. These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the RPO website by you. The website has been put in place for your personal use and the Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and the Company (RPO).

2.3. The user understands and consents that in order facilitate the recruitment process, RPO my forward the users details to clients at its sole discretion.
3.1. RPO believes in the responsible use of personal information collected in the course of its business and through its website.
3.2. As a condition of the use of the RPO website any details that you provide must be correct. Such details shall include but not be limited to registration details. Should any of these details change than you must inform RPO immediately. RPO User Names and Passwords must be
stored safely and must be kept confidential. RPO reserves the right to restrict access to the services provided through this website to a user when it detects irregular activity or the company detects a breach of its Terms and Conditions or for any other reason whatsoever.
3.3. Please be aware that small text files sent form the RPO web server to the users’ internet browser can be saved on the user hard drive of the users’ computer. These text files are called ‘Cookies’ and do nothing harmful to your system or to the or to the user. ‘Cookies’ give information to the browser to improve the user experience. 3.4. RPO reserves the right to disclose information about a user to the authorities when required to do so and to their professional advisers and/or operational subcontractors. RPO will attempt to put in place confidentiality contracts with any external party that the company operates with.

4. Short Message Services (SMS)
4.1. RPO uses Short Messages Services to communicate with the people who have registered on the website;
4.2. When you register your information with RPO you consent to receiving messages from RPO, including Short Message Services.
4.3. You can cancel or opt-out of receiving SMS’s at any time by indicating so on Registration or replying STOP. After sending STOP, you will be sent a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed from receiving messages and/or whether you would prefer to be contacted via another method.

5.1. This website and all content therein is under the copyright of RPO. RPO is the owner and/or licensee of all information, methods, processes, designs and intellectual property that form the RPO website. This is protected by inter alia copyright laws and other laws. RPO reserves all such rights.
5.2. A user may print off a single copy and/or download extracts of any page(s)from the website for personal use and reference. The user may also bring such website content to the attention of others in your company.
5.3. The user may not modify physical or digital copies of website content whether text, image or video content. RPO must be acknowledged as the owners of website content.
5.4. The user may not use any website content or part thereof for commercial purposes without obtaining RPO’s permission to do so. The user may not distribute, cache or re-transmit any of the site content without obtaining RPO’s written permission.

6.4. RPO cannot warrant nor guarantee that by registering your CV and or details with RPO through its website or otherwise that you will get a response, interview and/or position and/or job.
6.5. RPO cannot warrant nor guarantee that any company and/or employer and/or customer and/or involved third party will keep confidential any of your information provided to such party; or
6.6. RPO cannot warrant nor guarantee the final terms and length of any placement obtained through RPO or the company’s website or through one of the company’s advertisements.
7. Applicable Law
7.1. Should we not be bale to resolve any disagreement amicably and court proceedings become necessary then you agree that the court of South Africa or a jurisdiction of RPO’s choice will be used.
7.2. Should you breach these Terms and Conditions and RPO decides not to enforce its rights at the time then RPO reserves the right to pursue such enforcement of its rights and remedies at a time convenient to RPO at a later date.
