How Our Placement Fees Work

Our fees are based on a percentage of the candidate’s Total Cost to Company (CTC) and are only payable once the candidate has accepted your offer and commenced employment.

All prices exclude VAT.

Permanent Placement Fees

If a candidate is successfully placed, the client agrees to pay a fee calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s Total Cost to Company (CTC):

Candidates Base Package

20% Price Ex. VAT
  • 90 Day guarantee period
  • Pay only on successful placement​
  • Free replacement or credit note if hire exits within 3 months​
  • Credit notes valid for 6 months and applicable to future global or local roles

15% Spec Exclusivity
  • Exclusivity on a spec given only to Hire Resolve for 20 days

The fee for temporary/hourly/limited duration contracts, unless otherwise agreed in writing, will be calculated as a percentage of the Contractor’s Rate for the duration of the Fixed Term of Employment:

  • Price excludes applicable taxes
