Civil Engineer
RPO Recruitment has a client, which is looking to hire a Civil Designer (Civil 3D), to join their collaborative office environment in Land O’Lakes, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Work with Civil engineers and clients to create Grading, Land Development, Utility plans and Profiles, Roadway plans, and Profiles, Concept Plans, and Record Drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Perform drafting, editing, and finalizing drawing packages that adhere to company design practices.
- Review drawings for completeness, accuracy, and quality.
- Land and Site Development Projects include paving, grading, drainage, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer systems, storm sewer systems; Urban Roadway Systems; Rural / Highway Systems; Sidewalks & Shared-Use Paths.
Requirements
- 3 years of full-time experience performing CAD (Civil 3D) design work.
- Strong knowledge of Civil 3D in a design capacity including but not limited to grading, cross-sections, alignments, profiles, three-dimensional surfaces, earthwork volumes, pressure pipe, and storm pipe networks.
- Experience using/incorporating land or aerial surveying/mapping data files.
